Job summary

Harba is seeking a laboratory professional to operate and troubleshoot GC, HPLC, and Mass Spectrometry equipment, while maintaining rigorous documentation and calibration practices. You will oversee LIMS and manage consumables to keep workflows efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on lab experience with analytical instrumentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to interpret technical data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with laboratory information systems.
  • Deep understanding of lab safety protocols and hazardous materials management.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot GC, HPLC, Mass Spectrometers, and centrifuges to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform routine calibration and documentation to uphold compliance and lab efficiency.
  • Oversee LIMS and manage laboratory consumables to support seamless operations.
  • Analyze and interpret complex chemical data to provide actionable insights.
  • Lead safety and compliance initiatives, ensuring proper hazardous materials management and organized lab.
  • Train and mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge-sharing.
