Qualifications

• Fundamental principles of chemistry/biochemistry.
• Administration and oversight of chemistry/biochemistry programs.
• Fundamental methods for resolving chemistry/biochemistry problems.
• Knowledge of applicable chemistry/biochemistry regulations.
• Understanding of testing tools and calibration.
• Proficiency with computer applications related to work.
• Good communication to staff, customers, and management.
• Fluent business English, including spelling and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental analysis supporting standard testing materials and devices.
• Review, analyze, interpret and document testing results.
• Manage or review chemistry/biochemistry forms and databases.
• Offer guidance on policies and practices to staff and leadership.
• Provide feedback and assist with customer and resource coordination.
• Analyze processes and trends; present findings and proposals to management.
• Ensure QA through audits, queries, and discrepancy resolution.
• Assist with project objectives including budgets and timelines.
• Clean, maintain, prepare, calibrate equipment and samples.
• Interpret policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
