Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related science with relevant industrial laboratory experience.
• Hands-on expertise with analytical instrumentation including ICP-OES/ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, HPLC/LCMS, GC/GCMS, and molecular spectroscopy (FTIR, UV/Vis/NIR, RAMAN).
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools, Large Language Models, and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Flexibility to support evolving business and shift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with safety, security, quality, and laboratory training requirements.
• Safely work with hazardous materials in laboratory environments.
• Independently perform routine and sophisticated operations and maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and document results for stakeholders.
• Adapt to a fast-paced technical environment and support lab priorities as needed.
