Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking scientists across different experience levels to support analytical testing activities of platform methods for multiple monoclonal antibody projects. Training will be provided, and those with large molecule experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include supporting testing across techniques such as Titer, Concentration, SEC, Glycan Profiling, CEX, cIEF, CE, and related assays, maintaining ELN records, and performing routine laboratory and equipment

Qualifications

• Training provided for all levels
• Experience with large molecules encouraged

Responsibilities

• Support analytical testing across Titer, Concentration, SEC, Glycan Profiling, CEX, cIEF, CE, Reconstitution Time, Water Content, Excipient, Subvisible Particulate Matter, Appearance, Osmolality, Residuals (HPLC, ELISA, and qPCR).
• Initiate and close ELN records when necessary
• Laboratory and equipment maintenance
• Reagent Preparation
• Support other areas of the analytical development group as necessary to meet program requirements
