Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for tool users across CONUS and OCONUS locations, conducting mobile training teams (MTTs) to Service/CCMD locations and to ensure users have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize capabilities.
  • Creates comprehensive training materials including quick reference guides, video tutorials, and job aids that support both initial training and ongoing user reference, while assessing training effectiveness and user proficiency levels to identify areas requiring additional instruction or system improvement.
  • Provides hands-on technical assistance during initial system deployment and major updates ensures smooth transitions and user adoption, while coordinating training schedules with Service/CCMD points of contact minimizes operational impact and maximizes training participation.
  • Develops training curriculum tailored to different user roles and skill levels including administrators, analysts, and leadership to ensure training is relevant and appropriately scoped, supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) events and gathers user feedback to inform both training improvements and system enhancements, and maintains training records and certification tracking to document user qualifications and identify training gaps.
  • Collaborates with the Technical Editor on training documentation ensures consistency and quality across all training materials, while developing train-the-trainer programs enables organizational points of contact to provide local support and extend training reach.
  • Conducts refresher training to ensure user proficiency and awareness of new capabilities, creates e-learning modules for self‑paced training to accommodate diverse learning preferences and schedules, and develops certification programs for advanced users and system administrators to recognize expertise and establish standards for proficiency.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

  • Minimum four (4) years of directly related technical experience

  • Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

  • Demonstrated ability to develop training curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials is required, as are strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency.

  • The position requires willingness and ability to travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS to conduct mobile training teams, along with experience assessing training effectiveness and measuring learning outcomes to ensure training objectives are achieved.

  • This role requires both instructional expertise and operational awareness to ensure training effectively prepares users to support mission requirements.

  • The Data Management Mobile Training Support Officer shall demonstrate experience conducting training in military, intelligence, or government environments, along with proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar platforms.
