  • Perform data‑driven financial and reconciliation analysis on cash flows, payment volumes, safeguarding balances, and variances, translating findings into clear, actionable insights that support Treasury, Finance, and business decision‑making.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance safeguarding and client money controls (including account segregation, daily reconciliations, variance monitoring, and remediation workflows) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define reconciliation and safeguarding requirements, shape data models and tooling, and design operational workflows that scale with new products, geographies, partners, and regulatory regimes.
  • Drive process standardisation and automation across Treasury and financial operations, reducing manual intervention and operational risk.
  • Provide ad hoc support on Finance and firm wide initiatives (e.g. new banking partners, regulatory change, product launches, capital and liquidity projects).
