Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and administer national programs for specific modes, including small package, LTL, private fleet, dedicated, international, courier, truckload, rail and expedited.
• Coordinate international shipment execution with global warehouses across regions.
• Provide customer service to internal and external inquiries.
• Analyze and improve mode-specific service and expense metrics.
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting for transportation visibility.
• Analyze transportation or supply chain initiatives.
• Participate in LEAN initiatives.

You will also be responsible for supporting government regulatory agencies, auxiliary programs including car allowance reimbursement, freight audit and payment, and supply chain analytics.

This role has a strong international transportation focus and partners with internal teams and global offices to coordinate compliant export shipments across multiple regions worldwide.

Compensation Details: $28.26 - $45.21 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
