Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Transactions Analyst to manage property-level diligence and closing activities for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. You will collaborate with the investments team and property management, treasury, leasing, and outside counsel to drive efficient transactions.

Ideal candidates have ~3 years of real estate experience, a BA degree, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Review of standard real estate transactional diligence items including environmental, structural, title and property level documentation.
• Facilitate diligence and closing process for all real estate transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Work with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to coordinate all functions necessary to incorporate real estate assets into an operating portfolio.
• Work with third party vendors to obtain diligence documents.
• Organize diligence for internal consumption.
• Follow and coordinate closing checklist processes.
• Interface with outside counsel on legal for all real estate transactions.
