Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Analyst for Talent Acquisition Program and Compliance to support a large recruiting team with a variety of important administrative tasks.

You will have a direct and impactful role in the overall success of the team and help develop your career within a global logistics leader. On a typical day you’ll adjudicate background screenings, audit the staffing agencies' background check processes, and assist with annual demographics reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal professional or related area.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Associate degree or equivalent related work ormilitary experience.
  • Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre-employment testing procedures and requirements.
  • Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise.
  • Proven ability to be deadline-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Solid research and problem solving-skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

What you need to succeed at GXO:
