Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Sales Ops Analyst to support sales strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis for our ESP org. This hybrid role offers growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will work with data to uncover trends, maintain dashboards, forecast revenue, and prepare executive-ready insights. A bachelor's degree and experience in data analysis or sales ops are required, with CRM and SQL/Tableau as plus.

What is The Role

To support our growth and enable us to scale proficiently, we are seeking a motivated Sales Ops Professional to support sales strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis efforts for our ESP org.

We're looking for an Analyst to help us harness data to provide insights for our business partners, support regular business reviews, and assist in annual planning activities. This role offers the chance to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, playing a foundational part in shaping areas that drive growth for Elastic in the market. What You Will Be Doing
  • Assist in analyzing data sets to uncover trends and patterns that support revenue growth.
  • Help maintain data models and update dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.
  • Support data validation and quality assurance efforts to maintain high data integrity.
  • Assist in maintaining revenue forecasting models based on historical data and team inputs.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional teams to gather data and help streamline workflows.
  • Create, run, and maintain regular performance reports to track key revenue metrics.
  • Help prepare actionable recommendations and presentations for executive team and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate current RevOps processes alongside the team to learn and suggest areas for operational efficiency.
What You Bring
  • Must be located in Austin TX, or Arlington VA as this is a hybrid role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply!).
  • Work experience or academic project experience in Data Analysis, Sales Operations, FP&A, or similar fields.
  • Proficient analytical skills with a foundational knowledge of data interpretation techniques.
  • Awareness of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; Tableau or SQL is a plus).
  • A basic awareness of SaaS business metrics and performance indicators, or a solid desire to learn.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about AI applications for operational efficiency.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into clear, simple summaries.
  • A collaborative mindset and a readiness to build robust relationships with cross-functional teams.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:

$74,200—$117,400 USD

The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is:

$89,000—$140,800 USD
