Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of admin/analyst experience in risk management or corporate environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in intake, documentation, and tracking of Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to gather information.
• Support reporting and audits by compiling claim data.
• Provide admin support for Corporate Security initiatives and programs.
• Track incidents, investigations, and security metrics.
• Assist with invoice processing, vendor coordination, and documentation management.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to claims and risk trends.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc leadership reports.
• Maintain dashboards or spreadsheets used for tracking departmental performance.
• Support special projects and cross-functional process improvements.

Position OverviewThe Risk Management Analyst supports the Risk Management function at AutoNation by providing administrative, analytical, and project-based assistance across key areas, including Workers’ Compensation (WC) claims and Corporate Security.
