Job description

In this role, you'll partner directly with product teams to transform raw data into actionable, decision-ready insights. You'll own the metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences that give leadership real-time visibility into how customers engage with connected vehicle experiences — and use those insights to drive measurable improvements in product performance and customer satisfaction.

You'll serve as the critical bridge between intelligence team members and integrated services leaders, ensuring that every team is aligned on the metrics that matter and empowered to act on them quickly.

  • Define and maintain a consistent operating rhythm for product analytics reviews, business reviews, and performance reporting across the Digital Product organization
  • Translate complex behavioral, usage, and engagement data into clear, actionable insights for product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools that track key product KPIs (e.g., feature adoption, engagement, retention, funnel conversion, connected vehicle usage patterns)
  • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines, instrumentation, and tracking support product analytics needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve connected vehicle experiences through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and cohort analysis
  • Develop and monitor metrics tied to customer lifetime value (CLV), engagement, and retention across digital product touchpoints
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap prioritization
  • Champion a culture of data literacy and accountability by embedding analytics best practices within product teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Data Insight & Analytics (GDIA), UX, and business teams to ensure analytics needs are reflected in product requirements

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence within a digital product environment, with a proven track record of measuring post-launch success.
  • 2+ years of deep experience with product analytics tooling (e.g., Amplitude) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Expertise in separating signal from noise in complex datasets and building compelling narratives for Product and Cross-functional leadership
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making.

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company,

  • Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
  • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more
  • Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more
  • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases
  • Tuition assistance
  • Established and active employee resource groups
  • Paid time off for individual and team community service
  • A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day
  • Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time.
