Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Materials Planning Analyst to support procurement and supply chain through ERP transactions, PO accuracy, and supplier coordination. You will analyze data, maintain master data, and support ASN and NCR/NMR processes while driving continuous improvement in supplier performance.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and close collaboration with global teams. A background in analytics and knowledge of Excel, VBA, and Ariba are strongly preferred, with CPSM/CPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields or a relevant master's degree.
• Certifications CPSM or CPM from ISM are preferred.
• Strong ERP and Ariba experience with advanced Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support materials planning by executing transactional activities across ERP and supplier systems.
• Assist PO creation, acknowledgements, and changes including date/quantity updates.
• Maintain master data and supplier calendars; support ASN/NCR/NMR processes.
• Analyze price changes and supplier performance; participate in supplier collaboration.
• Contribute to cost savings through data-driven optimization initiatives.
