Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an entry-level Programmatic Analyst to support execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across display, video, mobile, and social. This role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn as you assist in campaign setup, QA, reporting, and billing reconciliation while gaining exposure to advanced strategies and technologies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of hands-on experience running programmatic or paid social campaigns.
  • Experience with DSPs and familiarity with DMPs/CDPs.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic metrics and QA processes.

Job Description

The Programmatic Analyst is an entry-level role focused on supporting the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. You willassistin campaign setup, QA, reporting, and billing reconciliation while gaining exposure to advanced programmatic strategies and technologies. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in digital media and programmatic advertising.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage programmatic campaigns across display, video, mobile, and social platforms under guidance from senior team members.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices throughout the campaign lifecycle, including trafficking and QA.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and shared repositories.
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, troubleshooting, and pacing adjustments.
  • Assistin preparing client-facing performance reports and ensure data quality.
  • Support inventory assessments and contribute to proposals for new client opportunities.
  • Manage delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign artifacts fortimelylaunches.
  • Traffic campaign tags into DSPs and other ad technology environments.
  • Build and manage campaigns in billing systems
  • Provide monthly auditing reports andassistwith billing reconciliation.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to learn optimization strategies and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to resolve campaign issues.
Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experiencerunning hands-to-keysprogrammaticor paid social mediacampaignspreferred.
  • Hands-on experience with DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP) and familiarity with DMPs/CDPs.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic metrics.
  • Strong troubleshooting, QA discipline, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
