The Network Enrollment Analyst supports pharmacy network management operations through the enrollment, maintenance, and administration of participating pharmacies within the organization’s pharmacy networks. This role works directly with independent pharmacies, pharmacy PSAO, and pharmacy headquarters to facilitate enrollment activities, resolve participation issues, and ensure enrollment requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
The analyst serves as a key point of contact for pharmacies seeking to join or maintain participation in the network and supports operational activities that are critical to maintaining network integrity and member access. Consistent attention to detail, quality, and service are essential to success in this role. This position supports pharmacy network operations where errors or delays could impact pharmacy participation, member access, and client satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy Administration, Communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of work and experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $102,081.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
