What You Can Expect

As an Analyst, you will contribute to the development and delivery of client engagements across a variety of market access and commercial strategy projects. You will work on multiple engagements simultaneously, gaining exposure to diverse therapeutic areas, products, and client challenges.

You will conduct research, perform analyses, and support the development of strategic recommendations that help clients address critical business questions. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and exposure to healthcare consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to address client business questions.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify key insights and trends.
• Develop client-ready PowerPoint presentations and other project deliverables.
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and strategy development discussions.
• Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client and internal meetings.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines.
• Support business development and practice development initiatives as needed.

Project Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of research methodologies aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct desk research using a variety of internal and external sources.
• Assist with primary research activities, including stakeholder interviews and market assessments.
• Analyze and interpret research findings to support project recommendations.
• Contribute to project workstreams and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support client communications and project status updates.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Economics, Business, Public Health, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred

• Undergraduate concentration in Economics, Business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry
• Experience analyzing and interpreting scientific, clinical, or market research data
• Internship or academic experience in healthcare, consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or market access
• Experience developing presentations and communicating complex information to diverse audiences

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
