Scope of Work:

Provides mid-level analytical and administrative support across IA, computer networks, feasibility studies, and the firm-fixed-price help desk and administration task, delivering analyses, metrics, and maintenance reporting.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Perform analyses of incidents, network performance, and feasibility improvements
• Prepare technical reports, reviews, evaluations, and recommendations
• Support help desk operations and telephone call accounting and site billing administration
• Track Media Center operations metrics and prepare maintenance service reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.
• Analytical, reporting, and administrative support skills for IT infrastructure programs
• Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2
