As the partner of choice for critical space missions, Firefly is the first commercial company to launch a satellite to orbit with 24-hour notice and the first company to achieve a successful Moon landing. Headquartered in north Austin, Texas, Firefly is looking for passionate, hardworking innovators to join our team and help fuel our successful trajectory into space.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Investor Relations Analyst to join our Cedar Park, Texas team. As an IR Analyst, you will have hands-on experience in the process of driving shareholder value by supporting quarterly earnings, financial modeling, developing shareholder communications, managing investor events and tours, and monitoring investor engagement.

You will need to apply analytical rigor, capital-markets fluency, and a strategic understanding of the space economy to every day of your work. You will interface with institutional and retail investors, research analysts, investment bankers, senior executives, and more while positioning the company’s achievements and growth trajectory.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support investor communications, messaging, and presentations, as well as manage events and facility site visits for current and potential shareholders.
  • Prepare materials for earnings calls, investor presentations, roadshows, and conferences.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models that measure internal performance against Wall Street expectations, with an understanding of analyst valuation methods to identify and resolve issues that require attention.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to both large audiences and top decision-makers.
  • AI/ML tool fluency: Experience leveraging generative artificial intelligence for competitive intelligence and market monitoring.
