Job summary

The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, based in Westlake Village, CA, is hiring an Investment Analyst to join its Investment Team. The three-year program offers exposure to world-class asset managers across all asset classes and reports to the Chief Investment Officer.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Adherence to a strict code of ethics, including restricting personal investments to index and mutual funds.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate potential new investments, including participating in manager meetings, leading quantitative analyses, and evaluating fund documents.
• Monitor the existing portfolio, maintain internal databases, and develop portfolio monitoring tools.
• Execute ad hoc research projects with the Investment Team.
• Assist in quarterly preparation of materials for the Investment Committee, including performance disclosures, asset allocation recommendations, and investment manager hiring proposals.
• Represent the Foundation in interactions with the investment community.
