Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a treasury operations professional to own the end-to-end lifecycle of bank accounts, including openings, maintenance, and closures with global partners. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in treasury operations, banking operations, or financial operations with direct exposure to bank account administration.
• Demonstrated experience executing KYC documentation processes and managing banking partner requirements.
• Proven ability to manage user access controls across financial platforms with strong attention to audit and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks relevant to account administration.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

What you'll do:

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below. Total compensation may also include bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Annual base salary range (excluding bonus): $39.15 - $46.06 USD
