Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking an Analyst II for Quality Control Raw Materials, primarily onsite in Norton, MA, with occasional duties in Cambridge, MA. You will test, document, and release raw materials to support manufacturing while ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, participation in vendor qualification, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Materials Management, and Quality Assurance to meet release timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; an Associate Degree or Biotech certificate may be considered.
• 3–6 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in a regulated lab, QC, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail in a shifting priority environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of LIMS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non routine inspection of raw materials.
• Maintain up to date training records and adhere to inspection schedules.
• Accurately document results in notebooks, LIMS, or controlled systems per GMP.
• Participate in raw material qualification programs including vendor qualification and material risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Materials Management, and QA to ensure availability and release timelines.
• Contribute to updating controlled documents, SOPs, and test methods for continuous improvement.
• Support onsite audits and inspections as needed.
