Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking an Analyst II to join our team. This role performs advanced data analysis and delivers actionable insights to support business strategies in a 100% remote environment.

You will analyze complex data, build forecasting models, design dashboards, ensure data quality, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven improvements across the organization. Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ experience required; healthcare data familiarity is a plus.

  • Mentor and guide junior analysts as needed.

Imagine360 is seeking an Analyst II to join the team! The Analyst II is an experienced role responsible for performing advanced data analysis and providing actionable insights to support business strategies and decision-making. This position involves leveraging complex data sets, applying advanced analytical techniques, and collaborating with various teams to drive data-driven solutions and improvements.

Position Location:

100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Advanced Data Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets using statistical methods, machine learning models, and other advanced analytical techniques.
  • Develop and implement data models to forecast trends, predict outcomes, and support strategic planning
Data Visualization and Reporting:
  • Design and create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Refine and enhance existing reporting tools and dashboards to meet business needs and drive performance improvements.
Data Management and Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data by performing thorough data validation, cleaning, and quality checks.
  • Implement and maintain data management practices to ensure data consistency and reliability.
Project Collaboration and Support:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver analytical support for various projects and initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to project teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for data analysis and reporting.
Mentorship and Training:
  • Provide guidance and support to junior data analysts, including training on analytical techniques and tools.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to help build the analytical capabilities of the team.
Required Experience/Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or 3+ years of relevant experience required.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team experience working closely with business professionals and technical resources to act as a bridge between the two groups (internal / external).
  • Basic understanding of healthcare data sources and terminology preferred.
  • Artificial intelligence experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with acute attention to detail.
