Job summary

Waste Management is seeking an entry-level Business Process Analyst to bridge technology and business initiatives. You will conduct needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align technology solutions with business goals.

Under supervision, you will document requirements, define process flows, maintain project records, and support user acceptance. The role emphasizes collaboration and accuracy in results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study.
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS.
  • Preferred: No experience in Business Administration and one year of related experience.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $68,420 - $98,417. This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
