Responsibilities include gathering requirements, building reports, and presenting findings to senior management. A bachelor’s degree and experience with SharePoint/Power Platform are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, or a related field or comparable professional experience.
• Candidates with experience in SharePoint and Power Platform are preferred.
• Experience in technical writing.
• Experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects independently to meet deadlines and to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
• Elicit and refine business requirements via interviews with stakeholders at all levels within the organization and via review of existing process documentation and other artifacts.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations.
• Develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely project completion.
• Work closely with various departments to gather information, understand needs, and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
