Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Scientific Analyst for an onsite role in South San Francisco, CA. The position starts at a pay rate of $35.00–$48.53/hr with a 1-year contract, extendable based on budget and performance.

You will perform biochemical, immunological and cell-based assays to support clinical and commercial products in a cGMP environment. You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 2–8 years of experience, with familiarity in ELN documentation and various assay types.

Responsibilities

• Perform biochemical, immunological and cell-based assays for clinical and commercial products.
• Support process development, product characterization, stability and lot release testing in cGMP.
• Prepare samples and reagents, execute procedures, review and release data.
• Present results and monitor assay quality.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices and ALCOA+; maintain data integrity; conduct routine lab maintenance; adhere to EHS.

We are a national staffing firm and are currentlyseeking a Scientific Analyst for a prominent clientofours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA, 94080. Details of the positionare as follows:

Job Description

• Pay: $35.00- 48.53/hr to start.
• 1- year contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion based on budget and performance.
• Shift: Monday- Friday, standard day shift, onsite position.
• Position will mainly be responsible for performing biochemical, immunological, and cell-based assays supporting clinical and commercial products, including process development, product characterization, stability, and lot release testing in a cGMP environment.
• Responsibilities also include preparing samples and reagents, executing established testing procedures, reviewing and releasing electronic and paper-based assay data, presenting results, and monitoring assay quality.
• Position will also be responsible for following Good Documentation Practices and ALCOA+ principles, maintaining data integrity, performing routine laboratory maintenance, and adhering to EHS safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree is required.
• 2-8 years’ experience is required.
• Experience with documentation in ELN is preferred.
• Experience with flow cytometry, cell-based assays, immune assays, or molecular assays is required.
• Experience with testing, running methods, working with minimal oversight, and ability to prepare data is required.
