Job summary

Haven Health in Gilbert, AZ, seeks an analytical, detail-oriented analyst to help our skilled nursing facilities turn data into better business decisions. You will review a large suite of internal reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations for facility leaders.

You will review daily labor and financial reports, identify trends and risks, provide weekly summaries, and collaborate with administrators to close gaps.

Qualifications

• Valid background check and fingerprint clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook and Calendar).
• Ability to work on the phone and in front of a computer screen for extended periods.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Fluent English: speak, read, write and understand.
• Ideal: strong analytical skills linking data to practical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review facility reports daily including labor budget-to-actuals and financial performance.

Health Group Management is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented individual to help our skilled nursing facilities turn data into better business decisions. We have an extensive collection of internally developed reports, and this role will focus on reviewing those reports, identifying opportunities and concerns, and helping facility leaders translate findings into action.

Key Responsibilities

Review facility reports daily, including labor budget-to-actual comparisons, financial performance, monthly profitability projections, clinical metrics, and daily action items.

Identify trends, budget variances, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve financial, operational, and clinical performance.

Provide each facility administrator with a clear, concise weekly summary highlighting significant findings, priorities, and recommended actions.

Promptly communicate urgent concerns to the appropriate facility or regional leaders.

Work with administrators to investigate performance gaps, establish next steps, and follow up on progress and results.

Help facility leaders understand and consistently use available reports to manage their operations more effectively.
