Job summary

Brinker International is seeking a highly analytical Disbursements Analyst in Coppell, TX to manage high-volume account reconciliations during peak periods. The role requires advanced Excel capabilities, strong end-to-end AP process knowledge, and the ability to hit tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–4 years in a disbursements or related finance role, proficiency with VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables, and experience with ERP systems including Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Disbursements Analyst or similar financial role in a high-volume environment.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables; Power BI is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complex Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of PCard accounts and the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manipulate large datasets and track outstanding liabilities.
• Deadline Management: Meet strict weekly and monthly reconciliation deadlines while managing multiple tasks efficiently to support month-end close activities.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Work well with team members on discrepancies within reconciliation review with a professional demeanor.
• Audit & Compliance: Maintain organized financial records and documentation in accordance with internal controls and audit

What You Bring to the Team

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an Disbursements Analyst or similar financial role, preferably within a high-volume environment.

• Advanced Excel: Must be highly proficient in VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables; experience with Power BI or advanced data modeling is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of ERP systems. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion (Oracle Cloud) is highly preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, spot inconsistencies, and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative finance team.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field preferred.
