Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club Creator & Influencer team seeks a hands-on, highly collaborative professional to support day-to-day program operations, onboarding, and engagement at scale. You’ll troubleshoot issues, coordinate content, and help grow the creator experience across social and internal tools.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking are essential as you engage with creators, recruiters, and cross-functional partners while contributing to ongoing outreach and platform support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related area.
• 2 years' experience in digital media planning and execution is a listed option for minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day support through the program inbox, including payments, inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Support recruiting, outreach, onboarding, and retention via email and social channels.
• Publish social content and respond to comments and DMs across creator platforms.
• Contribute to content creation across channels including storytelling and resources.
• Identify recurring issues and feedback to improve the creator experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
