Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and detect security risks related to digital fraud, respond to incidents, and work on complex detection projects impacting the company.
  • Ensure effective communication internally and enterprise-wide for the successful execution of the Digital Fraud strategy.
  • Prioritize and resolve vulnerabilities, provide technical guidance, and collaborate across teams to address fraud-impacted accounts.
  • Research emerging technologies and solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Work within established procedures, adhere to SLAs, and analyze operational metrics regularly.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience or successful completion of the Early Career Digital Leadership Program / Cybersecurity Rotational Program.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: consumer digital products, customer loyalty programs, fraud investigation tools, financial crimes investigations, account takeovers, or identity theft analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25%.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in relevant fields
  • Certifications like CFE, CFCS, CFCI, CCCI, Security+, Network+, AWS, CCSP, CRTO, OSCP, SANS, CISSP.
  • Over 4 years in fraud or financial crime investigation roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, SharePoint, Teams.
