Liberty Mutual's Analyst Development Program (ADP) offers new graduates a data-driven entry into analytics within the insurance industry. You will rotate through assignments, build analytical skills, and learn from mentors across the business.

Qualifications

• You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills that fuel your passion for identifying and investigating patterns and trends.
• You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• You have experience with, or a strong desire to learn, technical tools and platforms, including Microsoft Excel; data and analytics technologies such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, and Snowflake; data visualization tools such as Power BI; and emerging AI tools and techniques used to support data analysis and business insights.
• You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
