Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a analyst to manage integrated accumulation data exchange, ensuring accuracy across partner feeds and internal systems. You will coordinate issue resolution and monitor data integrity in a hybrid Denver/NYC/Charlotte environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in PBM/Healthcare/Data Exchange with strong SQL/Excel/JSON skills and solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations.
• Ability to map PBM concepts and data fields across systems for data transfer accuracy.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis abilities.
• Proficiency with SQL/Excel/JSON and other data tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated member accumulations data exchange feeds with partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate accumulation issue identification and resolution with stakeholders.
• Identify and triage accumulation issues and support data transfer error resolution.
• Monitor system status and accumulation data to detect anomalies.
• Ensure issues are resolved within operating standards and SLAs.
• Assist audits and reconciliations for data integrity.
• Participate in projects affecting accumulations (vendor changes, migrations).
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and report noncompliance.

Hybrid 3 days (offices in NYC, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC area)

Position Responsibilities

• Work with data exchange partners and internal teams to develop integrated member accumulations data exchange feeds and ensure the accuracy of integrated accumulations at Capital Rx
• Serving as a point of coordination for member accumulation issue identification and issue resolution with internal teams and external integration partners
• Identify and triage accumulation issues and support the resolution of all errors related to transferring, loading, and management of integrated accumulation data
• Proactively monitoring system status and accumulation management data to quickly identify potential abnormalities that might impact quality and accuracy
• Ensuring that all issues and errors are resolved using designated operating standards and within defined service levels
• Assist with the validation of accumulation data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation processes
• Participate in projects with accumulation impacts including vendor changes, client migrations, and client add-on requests
• Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations
• Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers
• Ability to analyze complex business problems to discover and resolve root causes
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a team

Denver, CO Salary Range: $88,800 — $111,000 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range: $80,800 — $101,000 USD
