Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst to examine repair data, summarize findings, and translate data into visual dashboards for operational improvements. The role emphasizes data analysis, communication with production teams, and translating insights into actionable inputs for correction and optimization.

The analyst will review data for gaps, generate repair data summaries, and assist in evaluating and implementing system requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IS related field preferred; will consider degree in business administration from an accredited university.
• Prefer experience in related computer repair industry.
• Needs knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Manufacturing or computer industry experience is a plus.

Summary

Data Analysis/Communication/Issue Resolution % of Job 90%

• Reviewing data and find out gap and error
• Analysis repair data as useful summary
• Convert data to visual dashboard
• Participate in system requirements evaluation, analysis, and implementation.
• Other duties as required

Using analysis data to communicate with production for improved data input correction.

Working Condition

Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
