Job summary

Redding Ridge Asset Management seeks an Analyst/Associate to join its Corporate Credit Ratings team in New York, NY. You will own the credit estimate process for ADL and corporate infrastructure CLO pools, spanning borrower financial package prep to rating agency submissions and ongoing tracking.

The role emphasizes collaboration with structuring and portfolio teams while supporting rating agency relationships. A strong Excel base and CLO knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of structured credit experience in rating agency or direct lending.
• Familiarity with S&P and Fitch corporate rating methodologies and the credit estimate framework.
• Experience reading borrower financial statements and loan documentation.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with rating agency contacts.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple active credit estimate submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare borrower financial packages for submission to S&P Global Ratings and Fitch Ratings.
• Build and maintain financial data tapes for rating agency submissions.
• Track credit estimate status and CLO submission pipeline.
• Coordinate with structuring and portfolio management to align timing with CLO requirements.
• Serve as primary operational contact with S&P and Fitch analysts on submissions.
• Maintain integrity of credit estimate inputs used in CLO compliance calculations.
