Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate EBITDA, cash flow, and budgeting models, including multi-year projections and scenario analysis highlighting critical firm performance metrics.
• Prepare the annual corporate budget and perform quarterly budget-to-actual variance analysis for departments across the firm.
• Prepare quarterly reporting packages and analyses for partners and senior executives.
• Provide analytics and support for key corporate strategic areas, including budgeting, reforecasting, headcount and G&A planning, and profitability analysis.
• Build or streamline internal processes to drive operating efficiency for Corporate Accounting and Finance functions.
• Gain expertise in Yardi, Concur, and WDesk.
