Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Excel and PPT.
• Demonstrates collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high volumes while delivering high quality results.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with new or unfamiliar subject matter.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong risk and control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding/offboarding of PJT employees' personal securities trading accounts.
• Coordinate connection/disconnection of data feeds between employee accounts and compliance systems.
• Liaise with employees to ensure statements are submitted for accounts not eligible for feeds.
• Maintain accurate records and reflect activity in disclosure systems.
• Communicate professionally with employees at all levels regarding disclosures.
• Produce periodic management reporting.
• Maintain Compliance operating procedures and respond to audits/regulatory inquiries.

The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills and experience.Base salary is one component of PJT Partners’ compensation structure.
