Daikin-Goodman-Manufacturing- is seeking a Compensation Specialist to support compensation programs and policies aligned with strategic objectives. The role involves implementing strategies, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance on compensation practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities include policy development, job evaluation support, reporting, HRIS maintenance, and participation in salary surveys.
Responsible for supporting the compensation programs and policies in support for the achievement of strategic goals within the company. Recommends and implements changes to compensation programs, policies, and processes to support overall company strategy. Ensures cost effective implementation and on-going support. Recommends new ideas to move the company forward. Ensures compliance with governmental regulations. Responds to business needs
