Analyst, Business Tools### Analyst, Business ToolsApply: Charlotte: Full time: Posted Today: 2026-9112### ### **Job Description:**The Analyst, Business Tools is responsible for supporting the development of several sales enablement products at Dimensional, including the global CRM system and key integrations like email automation, business process flows, and sales data tools. As a process and project contributor, Analysts interface with internal business users and Technology partners to meet firm and department priorities. The role also plays an important part in maintaining and improving the quality of critical business data across the sales technology ecosystem. This position sits within the Global Client Group (GCG) Operations’ Business Tools team, whose mission is to enable the CRM ecosystem to drive the business processes and insights needed to create a holistic view of Dimensional’s global client relationships.
