Analyst, Business Intelligence (SAP EWM)

Location: Oxford, North Carolina

Hybrid Position

This role will be based out of our Oxford, NC office 3 days per week.

SUMMARY

The Business Intelligence Analyst (SAP EWM) is the primary liaison between functional areas and IT. The role translates business processes and requirements into system functionality, designs solutions, supports global functional areas, and provides consulting and cost‑effective solutions. It also provides day‑to‑day support and leads projects ranging from enhancements to new implementations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the expert second line support for EWM business processes.
• Provide expert technical guidance on WM processes.
• Carry out impact assessments for proposed change requests and propose cost‑effective alternatives.
• Lead, evaluate, develop, test, and implement releases according to Revlon validation procedures.
• For change requests requiring incremental spend, seek funding via project approval process, develop plans, and identify risks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and design SAP EWM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Consistently deliver high‑quality services and solutions meeting business requirements.
• Lead EWM implementations and rollout projects.
• Analyze and solve system or application problems as they arise.
• Share ideas, information, and data to support team success.
• Provide ongoing support to all implemented EWM functionality.
• Debug functionality and performance issues.
• Define, develop, implement and document new systems and customized programs to meet business needs.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mentor entry‑level IT resources.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to business partners.
• Handle relevant master data objects and cutover approaches.
• Work with \"Service partners\" to design, develop, test, and support SAP projects, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Create process definition and business process procedure documents.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 4‑year college degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields (or equivalent training).
• Techno‑functional expert in SAP EWM with at least 8+ years’ configuration experience.
• 4+ full‑life‑cycle SAP ECC implementations in the EWM area (requirements, testing, cutover).
• Expertise in SAP EWM integration with PP/SD/QM/FI, API/BAPIs, and external systems.
• Excellent understanding of SAP system configuration.
• Experience with non‑SAP Warehouse Management Systems and PLC/Robot integrations.
• Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies.
• Strong SAP EWM programming knowledge in ABAP 7.4, IDoc, XML, interface, performance improvement.
• Experience in delivery management (inbound, outbound), PPF, ZPL programming, LSMW data migration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE

• SAP EWM certification.
• SAP ABAP certification.
• SAP EWM decentralized implementation experience.
• Interface experience with external systems (XML, SFTP, etc.).
• Experience with SOX or government‑regulated audits.

Compensation

Base pay range: $96,000–$120,000 per year (may vary based on skills, experience, and location).
