As an Analyst, Business Effectiveness, you'll support the team’s day-to-day portfolio management and operational activities, including the project intake process, oversight meetings, and documentation management. You'll help maintain strong governance practices by supporting data quality, records retention, and risk management activities. You'll also contribute to process improvement efforts that strengthen how the team works and how change initiatives move through prioritization and approval processes. Working closely with business, technology, and support partners, you'll help create a well-organized and effective environment that enables successful delivery.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
