Job summary

Pattern Energy Group is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support North American development activities, including budgeting, scheduling, field research, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate across teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field is required, with 0–3 years in a strategic or leadership-support role.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE A business development analyst supports development activities for assigned projects in North America. Responsible for day-to-day development tasks including budgeting and scheduling. Performs research, supports on-the-ground field work. Collaborates with all project stakeholders, building relationships and team spirit to drive results. This role involves cross-functional coordination, project management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $80,000 - $108,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
