Job summary

Artex Risk Solutions is seeking an Analyst, Benefits Advisory to join our team in the United States. You will evaluate employee benefits solutions and work with clients and internal teams to analyze data, gather information, and provide insights to support informed decisions.

The role involves organizing client data, preparing reports, and staying current on health care trends to help clients optimize their benefit programs. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success.

• Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Request, organize, and analyze client data.
• Serve as a key analytical contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Research benefits-related topics and summarize findings for account management teams.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and client use.
• Maintain and update important client and team documents.
• Review data for accuracy and identify trends, opportunities, and potential concerns.
• Support the evaluation of benefits programs and solutions for clients and prospects.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and assumptions so others can easily understand your work.

We're looking for an Analyst, Benefits Advisory to join our team. In this role, you'll help evaluate employee benefits solutions that are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with relevant requirements. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to gather information, analyze data, and provide insights that support informed decisions.

About You

Required:

• Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience required


• Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends

Preferred:

• 2-3 years brokerage/agency experience preferred.
