Job summary

PIMCO in New York, NY or Newport Beach, CA seeks an Analyst/Associate to join its Client Solutions & Analytics group. You will support Strategists in analyzing client portfolios, developing investment recommendations, and producing customized presentation materials.

The role offers exposure to financial markets, portfolio analysis, and developing insights across fixed income opportunities. A four-year degree with 0–4 years of experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategists in analyzing client portfolios and building presentations detailing analysis and conclusions.
• Use proprietary software and external data sources to run risk analytics, optimizations, economic scenario analyses, and stress tests.
• Manage a workload of multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
• Develop an understanding of PIMCO investment strategies and their risks and benefits in different market environments.

Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
