Job summary

ALS is seeking Laboratory Analysts for its Aurora, Nebraska Food Lab to perform microbiological and chemical tests on food products, ensuring quality, safety and compliance. You will follow strict guidelines while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment, and support clients to meet current and future needs.

Full-time opportunities are available and training will be provided for the right candidates with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Life Science degree is a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills (Teamwork!).
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous laboratory or food industry experience is a plus.

Analyst 1 - Laboratory analyst

About the role

We are seeking Laboratory Analysts to support testing within our food testing laboratory. ALS Food Safety provides an extensive range of testing services for a variety of industries and products. This role is responsible for performing microbiological and chemical tests on food products to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will follow all quality and safety guidelines while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. We work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met now and in the future.

ALS is currently recruiting Laboratory Analysts in our Aurora Nebraska Food Lab.

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Life Science degree is a positive
• Good communication and collaboration skills (Teamwork!)
• Detailed oriented, organized, and good at multi-tasking
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting or food industry is a plus
