Job summary

Blue Garnet seeks an Analyst in Los Angeles to support data-driven projects and client work. You will gather, analyze, and present insights that inform decisions, tell stories around findings, and contribute to team deliverables.

You will shadow senior colleagues in client meetings, help manage planning, communications, and CRM data, and support marketing content and collateral development as part of our collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong ability to synthesize data into clear insights for clients and teammates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Client relationships: Shadowing senior members of our team in client meetings to learn about managing a firm and the consulting industry, while supporting planning, communications, and follow-through actions
• Firm contribution: Maintaining our client relationship management database and other business operations, assisting with planning and development of our marketing and communications content and collateral
