Analog/Mixed‑Signal Design Intern
Design high‑performance transistor‑level circuits critical to meeting overall ADC/DAC specifications and signal‑chain performance in an analog signal processing chain for various applications such as LiDAR, wireless/wireline communications, 5G, etc.
Qualifications
- Students pursuing MS or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering focused on Analog/Mixed‑Signal circuit design
- Strong understanding of basic circuit building blocks such as bandgap reference, amplifiers, feedback‑OTAs, comparators, switched‑capacitor circuits, etc.
- Familiarity with analog‑to‑digital (ADC) or digital‑to‑analog (DAC) data converter design, PLLs, oscillators, etc. is a plus
- Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor‑level circuit design including feedback, noise and mismatch analysis
- Familiar with Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre and/or HSPICE circuit simulation tools
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to seek help proactively
