Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware is offering an Analog Design Engineer Intern position. You will work with senior engineers on analog and mixed-signal IC development, helping to design amplifiers, filters, and data converters while learning to simulate with SPICE and Cadence.

You will support circuit layout, testing, and measurement tasks, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to real projects within ADI’s product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have foundational knowledge in analog circuit design and simulation.
• Exposure to mixed-signal IC design and integration of analog/digital components.
• Familiarity with SPICE simulations and circuit modeling.
• Initial exposure to IC layout design for performance and manufacturability.
• Developing knowledge of CMOS technology to support basic designs.
• Basic understanding of ADC design and testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and simulation of analog circuits such as amplifiers and filters.
• Model circuit behavior using SPICE and other simulators.
• Help develop IC layouts for performance and manufacturability.
• Conduct lab tests and measurements with oscilloscopes and signal generators.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot design issues.
