Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from diverse blockchain sources (e.g., transaction data, smart contract interactions, on‑chain metrics). Develop and implement sophisticated data models and algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Utilize data visualization tools to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders. Monitor key blockchain network metrics, market trends, and emerging technologies. Conduct deep‑drive analyses into specific blockchain protocols, DeFi activities, and NFT markets. Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to define data requirements and inform product strategy. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real‑time monitoring and strategic decision‑making. Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and data analytics methodologies. Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes for efficient data analysis.

Requirements

Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and tokenomics. Experience with on‑chain analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Nansen, Dune Analytics, CryptoQuant). Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to communicate complex technical information to non‑technical audiences. Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment. Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and other Web3 concepts is highly desirable.
