Job summary

Global Medical Staffing seeks orthopedic coverage in Nebraska on a 7 am–7 am shift with an average of 1–2 patients per day. The role includes general orthopedic and fracture care, plus surgical cases as needed, with Level 2 trauma call coverage. ATLS certification is required; licensing assistance and cost reimbursement are provided.

Pre-paid travel and housing are offered, along with paid malpractice. The position is with a National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO) member

Qualifications

• ATLS certification required.
• General orthopedic and fracture care experience.
• Level 2 trauma call coverage expected.
• Surgical cases handled as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide general orthopedic and fracture care.
• Manage surgical cases as needed.
• Participate in Level 2 trauma call coverage.
• Care for 1–2 patients per day.
