Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a physician for locum tenens EEG reads in a 100% inpatient setting in Columbus, OH. The role covers an 8-hour day plus overnight call, with 5–6 patients daily in a 10-patient EMU/PMU.

Inpatient and outpatient EEG reads are required, and an epilepsy fellowship is mandatory. Assignment details are managed via a Weatherby consultant, with paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and nationwide opportunities through Weatherby Healthcare since 1995.

Qualifications

• Epilepsy fellowship required.
• Inpatient and outpatient EEG reads required.
• 8-hour day plus overnight call in a 100% inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Read inpatient and outpatient EEG studies for accuracy and timely reporting.
• Manage patient care within a 10-patient EMU/PMU environment.
• Support epilepsy program with routine and continuous EEG reads.
• Collaborate with Weatherby consultants to coordinate assignments.
