Job summary

CompHealth is partnered with a range of teams to support physicians. As an IR specialist, you’ll be part of a schedule that includes 80% - 90% IR with no vascular work, backed by a recruiter and dedicated support for housing, travel, credentialing, and licensing.

Procedures you will perform include biopsies, drains, biliary stent placement, nephrostomy and chest tubes; preferred skills include embolization, TIPS, thrombolysis, venous access, AV fistula, and pulmonary embolism thrombectomy.

Qualifications

• IR-focused role with emphasis on interventional procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures: biopsies, drains, biliary stent, nephrostomy, chest tubes.
• Work with housing, travel, credentialing, licensing teams and dedicated recruiter.
• Schedule includes weekday hours with on-call coverage as needed.

• Hospital privileges required
